My Face Record™ is a 12-month license (US$ 18) to log and keep your aesthetic history. My Face Help™ is a digital guide with a one-time payment of US$ 28 and lifetime access. They are separate products, unlocked in your account.
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund, with no need to give a reason. Just ask through the support channel below. Once refunded, access is deactivated.
Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data passes through this site or is stored here. Stripe sends the receipt directly to the email you enter at checkout.
Everything you log is stored in your account, in a private space. This data is never sold, shared or used for advertising. You can delete it at any time.
Both products are tools for organising personal information. They do not diagnose, do not prescribe treatment and do not replace medical assessment. Clinical decisions remain with the professional caring for you.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the content may result in deactivation without a refund.
